We call them they tell us to call afni and deal with them everytime we call afni to get the situationto get resolved they say that they lost all the information that we gave to them. Wich would be our insurance information. All they want is our money and we dont know what eles to do. |

Written by z, on 15-06-2008 23:53 They claim to be "normal, everyday people and act and behave just like the people at any other company", but they can't tell the difference between "Gap Kids" and an individual consumer? How many of these "mistakes" does the public have to put up with from poor misunderstood AFNI? |
| 3. Written by Employee, on 22-05-2008 01:59 I am one of the debt collectors you may speak to on the phones and i feel everyone should just understand the reality of the situation. First off- you've read several times that people called the actually companies that sold the account to AFNI (might I add these include EVERY major cellure phone company and they not only verified we are authorized to handle their accounts, but also verified that the information we have is accurate. I agree that many of these accounts are in the 90s, but I have been in many conversations where poeple have called back to let us know that they got to the bottom of what happened and it very frequently turned out to be extra services they had such as second lines for fax machines or kids/relatives and other ideas people had BEFORE EVERYBODY HAD A CELL PHONE. The people I work with are normal, everyday people and act and behave just like the people at any other company but people assume we are bad people before they even call and talk to us and honestly, if you feel that way just dont call because there is no possible way you will allow me to help you and it would end up pointless. I understand that people get mad and I just try to work with them but some people can just be jerks. The bill exists whether it is in our office or not so what honestly did we do so bad. |
